Does Pro auto-renew?
No. Testwiz Pro is a one-time payment for either 1 month or 1 year. It does not auto-renew. When your plan expires you drop back to the free plan - no surprise charges.
Is payment secure?
Yes. Payments are processed by Paystack, one of Africa's largest payment processors. Testwiz never stores your card details.
What if I am from a school that is not supported yet?
The free plan works for everyone. Pro features like Study Mode, Summaries, and Analytics apply to any course content you have access to. New schools are added regularly.
Can I get a refund?
We offer refunds within 48 hours of purchase if you haven't used the Pro features. Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your payment reference.
